POLYMERIC POLYOL
POP 25 % is a propylene oxide/ethylene oxide based polyether polyol grafted with a styrene-acrylonitrile co-polymer. It is specifically intended for the production of flexible polyurethane slabstock foams exhibiting increased load bearing characteristics. When used in formulations normally based on conventional polyols, a hardness increase in excess of 50% can be expected. Changes to catalyst and surfactant levels may be necessary to obtain equivalent processing performance. POP 25 is BHT free. Performance testing should be conducted before the product is used or brought into contact with HR systems.
